It's a beautiful home base for outdoor enthusiasts, with your own private hot tub welcoming you home from your daily excursions.
This condo sits on the first floor of Dover Bay Resort, in a building it shares with only three other condos. On the grounds, you'll be a matter of steps from a 274-slip marina, a market, a cafe, a waterfront park, picnic areas, nine miles of walking and biking paths, and wooded nature trails along shoreline inlets and nature preserves. The location is ideal, less than four miles from picturesque downtown Sandpoint and Sandpoint City Beach, and only 13 miles from skiing, hiking, mountain biking, and other year-round adventures at Schweitzer.
Step inside to find a living space of understated luxury, from the state-of-the-art GE appliances in the open kitchen to the richly hued wood finishes throughout. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great location, great condoThe nuts, we not give our condo number. We went to 3 doors and tried the code that would get us in... that worked!!!We brought our boat. The communication as to where we could park the boat was poor. Option 1 ( that turned out to be the only option) was to moor the boat for 130 per night plus a 25 storage fee for the trailer. You can park your boat in the driveway for max 24 hours. The "big old barn site" no address and then we were told at the marina if we park there our boat would be towed. What we learned, ask more questions before renting the great condo if you have an RVDon't know if will stay again if we bring our boat... or budget for mooring

By far the cleanest rental we have ever stayed in. Very well equipped with everything needed during our stay.

Great location and modern/new condo. Very clean other than the showers which could use a deep clean.
A/C needs maintenance. It would make a very loud banging noise every time it turned on which would wake my entire family up about every 45 minutes each night. Because of this, would not stay here again.
