The beauties of Sandpoint, the Pend Oreille River, and Lake Pend Oreille are yours to explore at this newly built home in Dover, a two-story retreat that sits just around the corner from the riverbank and the Marina at Dover Bay Resort.
Built in 2020, this home is located less than a quarter-mile from Dover City Park and Beach on the banks of the Pend Oreille River. Its convenient location offers you easy access not only to the water but a number of parks for scenic strolls and hiking trails to traverse if you're up for something more active. You're also only three miles from the heart of Sandpoint, where you'll find great restaurants, shops, breweries, and Sandpoint City Beach Park on the lakeshore. Revel in the area's natural beauty and take part in the year-round activities that transpire here for a truly memorable vacation. Venture out a bit further and you'll find the ski slopes of Schweitzer are a quick 15-mile drive north and Silverwood Theme Park is just 33 miles south.
Whether you fill your days with world-class watersports or scenic hikes, you'll love being greeted back at home by a classic front porch. This large, shady space is perfect for afternoon barbecues on the gas grill and evening cocktails enjoyed with a view of the neighborhood.
As a new home, the interior is bright, polished, and open, offering central air in the summer and a gas fireplace to curl up next to in winter. Enjoy a breezy kitchen with stainless steel appliances, as well as ample room for meals and board games at both the dining table and the island breakfast bar. In the evenings, stream movies on the smart TVs in the living room and the bonus loft, the latter of which also features a desk for your remote work needs.

The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

We really enjoyed our stay at the "Bear's Den." We were pleasantly surprised at the location being so close to the lake. We all enjoyed walking or jogging each morning on the extensive surrounding trails. The area was perfect to be able to visit family in Priest River and Kootenai.

Unit was very comfortable. good layout with space for family. Could be better equipped with kitchen supplies...spices, cooking, foil, etc.

The house was so spacious. It's in a perfect location, just a 10 second walk from the lake. Easy to have your coffee on the beautiful patio every morning. The restaurant onsite is absolutely delicious. Everything was perfect. I didn't want to leave!
