Share the peaceful beauty of our family's secluded U-pick blueberry and flower farm. Feel the simple, natural aesthetic in a relaxed haven...cozy for 2 and comfortable for a family or group of up to 6. Uniquely located just 9 miles from Ellicottville, home of the region's best downhill skiing, quality restaurants, shops, and only about an hour from Niagara Falls. Step out your door and hike, cross country ski or snowshoe our 80 acre blueberry patch and wooded trails. Stay in, sip a hot beverage, read a book, play a board game, take in the inspiring landscape views. Take a dip in the pool, picnic on the lawn, unwind at the fire pit.
—2 bedroom/2 bath guest house and separate bunkhouse.
—Guest house has 2 en suite bathrooms for queen and double bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, dining/living room with comfortable twin sofa-sleeper.
—Separate cozy, heated pine paneled bunkhouse (without bathroom) sleeps up to four, just about 15 fresh air paces from guest house. (Double bed and twin bunk beds)
—Easy access parking next to guest house. Lighted walk way between bunk house and guest house.
—Our fully equipped Guest House kitchen is supplied with organic milk, half-and-half, butter, bread, local farm fresh eggs, as well as coffee, tea, cocoa, sugar, oil, salt and pepper.
—When the blueberries are ripe experience the joyful bustle of the U-pick season (mid-July through August). Linger in our U-pick flower gardens May through September.
—Relax and enjoy our patio, spacious lawns, fire pit, and in-ground pool.

Then Blueberry Farm has a welcoming and casual vibe with many thoughtful additions. The "wow" part of this vrbo is not the unit itself as much as the gracious and generous proprietors, and the serenity of its beautiful surroundings. The views of the blueberry fields and well-maintained grounds, abundant flowers, quiet evenings, and fresh mornings all lent themselves to feelings of peace and tranquility

We had a great time during our stay. The owners were very welcoming. The amenities were very much appreciated especially the farm fresh eggs! The decorating of the guest house was very cute with the blueberry theme. Fresh flowers from the flower garden were beautiful around the house. We found plenty to do in the area and nearby towns. The pool was very refreshing after the heat of the day. Amy's fresh baked blueberry-lemon muffins were excellent! We also really enjoyed the tour of the farm in the surrey. We look forward to returning to this guest house in the future.

This place was a great place for us to spend time together!! It so quiet & peaceful. Ellicottville was just a short drive away. The house had everything you would need. The homemade lemon blueberry muffins were absolutely amazing!! The flowers on the farm were beautiful & fresh lilac flowers in the bedrooms made it smell so good!! Definitely hope to go back!
