About this farm stay rental
Relax with the whole family or enjoy the peace and quiet alone. This 1-4 person in law apartment is nestled on a horse ranch with 110 acres of views, horse back riding and hiking trails. Whether you’re swimming or kayaking in the pond or fishing in the creek there are nature activities galore. Close to Ellicotville a year round tourist destination as well as the gorges of Zoar Valley, there is plenty to be enjoyed.

The space
The apartment is a 2nd floor in law style apartment located on a 110 acre ranch. The main bedroom has a queen bed with ample closet space. The 2nd bedroom has two separate twin beds that can be pushed together to make a queen bed. There is one shared bathroom with a tub/shower. The living space is an open air concept.
Guest access
You’re welcome to follow any of the marked trails all around. The pond is also available to use for swimming, fishing, kayaking or canoeing. Please, wear a provided life jacket if you’re not a strong swimmer and also while in the canoe, kayak or boat. If you’re interested in fishing don’t forget your poles and bait. Part of the property also runs along Cattaraugus Creek.
You’re welcome to use the pavilion and grill. There is a fire pit area with sticks for s’mores.
Please do not enter our garages or barns without asking for permission first, do not go into the horse pastures.
Other things to note
Do not feed any of the animals. There are 3 dogs that live on the property. Feel free to say hi to them. The lab is Finnegan, the middle sized tan dog is Coco, and the small black and white dog is Penny.

Excellent out of the way spot. Yes, a drive from local attractions. But knowing this ahead it's understood. Clean, bathroom and bedrooms, and great living area and kitchen.

The property and hosts were lovely and very family-friendly. The listing was just as described, plus the open kitchen/living/dining room combo was larger than it appeared in the photos. It was very clean and comfortable, and we enjoyed visiting the animals (horses, chickens, goats, and many cats). The hosts let my kids help them with the animals around the farm and set up a fire in the fire pit for us. Highly recommend!
