5-night minimum stay during the 4th of July holiday period
3-night minimum stay during non-holiday dates
Reservation Requirements
Reservations are not confirmed until the rental contract is signed and returned along with a copy of a valid ID. This requirement is enforced by the local Sheriff’s Department.
Age Requirement
The minimum age to rent this property is 25. The primary renter must be present for the entire stay. A driver’s license will be required for all bookings. Guests who fail to meet the minimum age requirement at check-in will be evicted without refund.
Local Ordinances
South Lake Tahoe regulations require quiet hours after 10:00 PM. The number of vehicles is limited to the driveway capacity. This property allows a maximum of 4 cars.
Pet Policy
This property is not pet-friendly. Dogs and other pets are not permitted under any circumstances.
No Smoking Policy
Smoking is not permitted inside the home. If signs of smoking are documented, a $300 fee will be charged to the renter.
Starter Supplies
A complimentary starter set of paper products, toiletries, and linens is provided. Any additional supplies needed during your stay will be the guest’s responsibility.

We loved our stay at the house. So much to do for kids/teens, and adults. Location is perfect and so quiet. We loved it...even if the check in/out process was a little inconvenient. Also, the TV....the remotes and all that entails should be easier to work. Overall a fantastic place and will be back again!

I stayed here with 13 other friends for my bachelor’s weekend. There was plenty of space for all of us and the backyard was incredible. We barely left the place over 3 full days cause we loved the spot so much. Highly recommend.

A group of friends and I had a great stay here-perfect location on the water (including grill/fire pit) in South Lake Tahoe and plenty of room for everyone to stay. Grocery store is right across the street which is handy as well.
Only odd thing about the home is either using the elevator (which was at times difficult to open) or exterior stairs to move between levels of the house, as there are no interior stairs.

- spacious
- good kitchen
- loads of beds/linens
- Very good bathrooms with fabulous showers! (perfect water pressure)
Cons-
- Only way to access 2nd floor (from indoors) is an old elevator, which got stuck multiple times during our stay. It didnt seem very safe to let the kids go up and down on their own. Wish the stairs were indoors. The upstairs felt cut off from downstairs.
- extra bedding was smelly. probably need a good wash.
Overall, a good place. Right in the middle of everything. Very accessible from everywhere. Would stay again, if the staircase situation is fixed.
