Cute little cozy cottage. Had a weird smell yet was overall clean. Great location, walking distance to restaurants, attractions & the pier.

The first impression of the exterior was a bit surprising, very worn needs a good paint job, could update the TV’s and replace the worn out chair in the family room , great location , cute tiny home
