About this cottage rental
Our cottage is a COST EFFECTIVE alternative to hotel rooms!
It is single story for easy access, no common walls with a FULL kitchen. It has an outdoor yard for bbq and kids play. There is off street parking and a detached building with free laundry facility and additional lockable storage, with beach chairs boogie boards and towels. Our cottage is 1/2 block to the beach and 2 1/2 blocks from the pier. It is located within walking distance of all downtown shops and restaurants.
The space
The cottage was remodeled in 2014 with all modern amenities-top of the line appliances and slate floors and tile throughout. There is free wi fi and flat screen tv's in the bedroom and family room. The cottage has a storage unit that has a pack n' play crib, 2 beach chairs, 4 beach towels, 2 adult size boogie boards and 2 child size boogie boards.

The cottage is a 10 minute drive to the Edna Valley for wine tasting, 15 minutes to SLO and 10 minutes to Arroyo Grande Village, all top rated tourist attractions.
Pismo offers sea kayaking, hiking, wine tasting, a safe beach for surfing and boogie boarding and home to classic car show and kite surfing contests.

We enjoyed our stay in cottage A from which you could see the ocean. The host, Judi, provided the information in a timely manner and was very pleasant. The accommodations were comfy for us as a couple and it was nice to have beach chairs to use on our beach day! Thank you very much!

Great location close to the beach and in walking distance to the pier and boardwalk restaurants and shops. Comfy bed. Enough room for no our stay with 2 adults and 2 teens.

Judi was very responsive to our questions and the property was perfectly located close enough to all the restaurants. But just far enough away from the noisy action to feel relaxed. The cabin/house was well appointed with a fabulously firm but still very comfy mattress, complete kitchen, laundry facilities and upscale TP!We’ll probably be back next year.
