About this house rental
-Close to the action in EVL! 5 min to town, 8 min to Holiday Valley, 8 min to HoliMont

Main Floor-House
The main floor features a fully stocked, spacious kitchen with a large island workspace and pro-style gas cooktop. We also have a coffee bar area set up with a drip coffee maker and Keurig.
We love to enjoy our coffee at the kitchen breakfast nook that overlooks the valley. The fog rising up in the morning is really beautiful. You might catch a view of the endangered bobolinks that nest in our field in spring or see the slopes lit up at night in winter.
The open dining room includes seating for 6 more and overlooks the living room with comfy seating, a large TV with satelite and a wood-burning fireplace. We always keep it stocked with firewood if you're lucky enough to visit during chilly months. A half bath and mudroom with lots of storage cubbies for gear completes this level.
Second Floor-House
On the second floor, there is a primary bedroom suite with dressing room, TV, desk and ensuite bathroom with double sinks and walk in shower.
You'll find 3 more bedrooms on this floor. The first has a double day bed with twin trundle below and a TV, the second has a queen bed and TV and the third, which is great for families, has a queen bed plus a double bed tucked into its own sleeping nook.
There is also a hall bath on this level with large vanity and tub/shower combo.
Walk Out Basement-House
The basement level has a game room/ living space with large TV, queen sleeper sofa, game table, air hockey table and mini bar. We also have a cabinet stocked with puzzles and games for all ages and a basket of yoga mats. Make sure to check out the cedar sauna and the outdoor shower on this level as well.
There is a separate bedroom area on this level with its own electric fireplace, queen bed, TV, seating area, office workspace and access to the outdoors. A full bath with tile shower is just around the corner, as is a laundry room fully stocked for guest use.
Studio Apartment
Over the detached garage you'll find a spacious studio apartment with a king bed, a sleeper sofa, full kitchen and bathroom.
Outdoor Space
You'll have lots of room to enjoy the beautiful views with 2 dining areas, lounge furniture, a grill and a fire table perfect for taking in the sights.
You can also enjoy a campfire around the firepit or play corn hole on the spacious yard.

The house was very comfortable and uncommonly well stocked for a rental home. Loved the views and spaciousness of the home for a large family gathering.The home is well represented in the photos. I would be happy to return to this house in the future.

Beautiful home and setting. We stayed with our dogs and a group of friends for 4 nights in early August and everyone enjoyed this home as a base for exploring the EVL area. And at the end of the day we loved relaxing together on the covered deck or around the fire pit.

check in was very easy. The kitchen is beautiful but for a large family there were no 9x13 pans, large platters, or large microwaveable bowls.
