About this house rental
Spectacular location directly across from Holiday Valley Ski Resort and only 1.2 miles to the Village of Ellicottville. Shuttle service available to and from Holiday Valley. This three story 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom townhouse has it all. Three levels of balconies, master suite with fireplace and full bath, guest bedroom also has full bath. Family room with gas fireplace, volume ceiling and gorgeous views. Large eat in kitchen opens to upper deck. Kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, appliances including Keurig coffee system. All TV's are HD smart televisions. Lower level game room with video games, ping pong and darts. Lower patio has Solo Stove fire pit. 4th bedroom in lower level has 4 sets of bunk beds to accommodate sleeping for up to 14 people! EV charger recently added!

This house is perfect for a multi family ski getaway. Right across the street from holiday valley - we walked over several times and shuttled our skiers back and forth easily. The house is cozy and well appointed with lots of parking. We’ll be back!

Very nice town home conveniently located within a minute or two of all of the Holiday Valley attractions and 5 minutes to downtown Ellicottville. Plenty of space for our group of 13. Includes everything you need to make your stay enjoyable. This would be a great place to stay during ski season.

Beautiful home that accommodated our party of 6 adults & 8 kids very well. Ideal location just a few minutes’ drive from slopes -shuttle available as well. Tons of games and activities for downtime. Good communication from owner, easy checkin/checkout process. Hope to return in the future!
