About this house rental

A short distance from snowboarding, sailing, and more, this family-friendly vacation home lets you experience it all. There's convenient covered onsite parking, so you can leave your vehicle behind and head out to Regional Natural Park of the Caps and Opal Marsh and Baraques Beach, just a short walk away.

Relax on the deck or patio (enjoy the outdoor furniture!) of this 1938-sq-ft vacation home, which also offers a BBQ grill. As for the great indoors, you can try your hand at foosball and billiards, or enjoy the free WiFi, TV, and stereo.

A living room, a dining area, and a sofa bed are featured at this 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom rental. Bathroom amenities include a hair dryer, towels, and soap. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, a stovetop, and a refrigerator, as well as a coffee maker, an electric kettle, and a microwave. We had a really wonderful week staying at Le Spot. The owners were brilliant with their communication. The property is wonderful and lots of thought has gone into what the property offers guests. I know the owners were changing cleaning companies and im sure the new one will be better. It wasn't unclean but there were areas it could have cleaner (for example some of the plates and cups needing washing before use). The other change i would make is to install a stair gate at the bottom of the stairs and to put fixed railings over the top of the stairs rather than rope...my two year old is very confident and managed to get around the stair gate by going through the ropes there so we had to put up a towel to cover this to stop her. Otherwise a really great base to go exploring. Thank you!
