Guest Access:
The guests will have access to the whole house, backyard including the private pool at each home. There is also a community boat ramp, sports court, boat slips, pavilion with built in gas grills and TV.
The Neighborhood:
This is a gated neighborhood and has a community amenity center. There is a basketball court combo with a pickleball court. Also, there are community BBQ grills in the pavilion at the water. The neighborhood also has its own boat ramp and boat slip or a lift available for use.
Getting Around:
You will need a vehicle to get to and from this property and around to local attractions.
Other Things to Note:
We are available by phone, text, email, or in person if the need arises.
This home is not pet friendly. If evidence of pets are found there will be an automatic fine of $500 applied to the card on file.
There is an additional fee to heat the pool. We do require 24-hour notice prior to your reservation to heat the pool. Please inquire for pricing. We also require the pool to be heated for the duration of your stay.
Due to recent housing boom we are experiencing more construction throughout our neighborhoods. Please be advised it as may be near this property.
In lieu of a security deposit we require a $75 damage waiver fee through Safely that covers guests up to $5000 in damages to the property.
As part of our effort to help you relax and enjoy your stay, we insure the property against guest-caused, accidental damage with the Safely Protection Policy. The cost of this protection has been included in a Fee on your reservation.
The Safely Protection Policy covers the cost of repairing damage to the property up to $5K for content and dwelling combined.
The fee for this protection is refundable if the reservation is canceled in writing at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the arrival date. Any deductible, minimum claim amount, or cost of repair in excess of the coverage limits will be the responsibility of the Guest, and Hill Country Stays will process the payment using the form of payment on file for Guest.
Quiet Hours are from 10PM-8AM!
All refunds will exclude a 5% credit card service fee.
