At Hill Country Oasis there is something for everyone. Enjoy your morning cup of coffee on a comfy patio chair overlooking the cascading pool and quiet cove. Head down to the 90 feet of lakefront where a beautiful lake fountain keeps water circulating and creates a tranquil atmosphere. Take a stand-up paddle board or kayak out for a cruise. Use the fishing tackle to see what’s biting today. As afternoon rolls around, take a dip in the pool, or better yet, just park yourself on the shallow ledge with a refreshing drink. The patio and swim deck provide a comfortable outdoor experience. Built-in roller shades on the back patio and oversized pool umbrellas provide shade when you need a break from the Texas sun.

If boating is your outlet, rent a pontoon, cruiser, or personal watercraft from nearby Splash Rentals, or you are welcome to bring your own. Tie right up to the cleats and bumpers provided at the water’s edge. Lake LBJ has incredible opportunities for wake surfing or boarding, water skiing, tubing, swimming, or fishing. Take the cove outlet and head for the desirable Colorado arm of LBJ by idling past the beautiful neighborhood homes under a canopy of live oak branches. On the way, a low bridge requires you to lower your tower or bimini top to safely navigate under the six feet of clearance. When you’re done kicking up waves on the busy open water, head back to your serene cove unspoiled by boat traffic so that everyone, especially children, stays safe while enjoying their cove activities.

When you’re ready for dinner, use the outdoor gas grill or the well-appointed kitchen with gorgeous views of the pool and lake. A new refrigerator in the kitchen holds your essentials while a second fridge in the laundry room handles overflow. If you’re not in the mood to cook, take the quick drive to a Kingsland restaurant, or take the boat to Wakepoint LBJ or Boat Town Burger Bar and catch some live music on the patio. After dinner, spend the evening sitting around the gas fire pit to replay the day’s events or to roast marshmallows. Relax in the brand-new outdoor spa while you stare up at the beautiful country-night stars. Enjoy an epic game night in the spacious great room with two-story vaulted ceilings. Ring System is installed outside to prevent theft, vandalism and unauthorized use of pool, spa and lake toys.
