This recently renovated cottage boasts 2 comfortable bedrooms, a well-equipped kitchen, a cosy living room, a bathroom and a dining room. In the summer months, relax in the garden with fairy lights and a table and chairs.
There is a double bed and two single beds sleeping 4 guests.

As you step through the front door, you’ll be welcomed into the inviting open-plan lounge and dining area. The dining room features a table with four chairs, while the lounge offers a cozy sofa, a comfortable chair, and a TV for those moments of relaxation. 📺
Next, you’ll find the well-equipped kitchen, which leads to a rear lobby and the bathroom, featuring a spacious walk-in shower. 🚿
The Cottage has two cozy bedrooms:
• A master bedroom with a double bed, perfect for a restful night’s sleep.
• A second bedroom with two single beds, ideal for friends or family members. 🛏️
While the age of the property adds to its character and charm, please be aware that the floors may be slightly wonky in places. This unique feature gives Laurel Cottage its warm, traditional feel and is part of what makes the property so special. 🏡
Parking is available on the road with a permit pass provided upon request. Please note there is a £50 penalty fee if the pass is not returned when checking out. We’ll kindly remind you the day before departure. 🚗

This is an old cottage full of history so in some areas there is a slight slant to the floors which adds to the period charm of the property.
Please note the bathroom is on the ground floor just past the kitchen. There is no upstairs toilet.

A lovely little place, perfect for a break in Lincoln.Really good location as long as you're aware it's at the top end of Steep Hill!Very well equipped kitchen, comfy beds. Felt like a home rather than a bland hotel.My daughter is at uni in Lincoln for 3 years so I suspect we'll be staying here a lot more.

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful, perfectly equipped and cozy house very much. The location is ideal, close to the impressive cathedral and the castle as well as to several pubs and restaurants. The provision of a parking permit was also very helpful and rounded off the experience perfectly.

We had a wonderful short stay at Laurel Cottage, so close to all of Lincoln’s historic attractions. The cottage itself is simply, yet elegantly furnished. Ideal for small family trips. Catherine’s communication was friendly and almost instantaneous. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
