The Neighborhood:
Samish Island is a quiet community of friendly neighbors who live on the island year-round. It is also an increasingly popular vacation destination. You are certain to see a mix of both islanders and visitors walking or biking on the quiet roads, enjoying the fresh sea air.
Getting Around:
Much of the island itself is best explored on foot or by bike. To get to some of the areas off the island, such as the towns of Edison and La Conner, it is easiest to travel by car, but going by bike is also possible thanks to the mostly quiet, rural roads around the island.
Other Things to Note:
Check in is at 4:00 pm and check out is at 10:00. These times are fixed. The cleaners keep a very tight schedule and make their plans around this six hour window. Out of respect to them, we cannot make exceptions to these times.
All of the bedrooms are located in the upstairs part of the house.
Please also note that as a small business, we are not able to grant last-minute refunds, so we highly recommend protecting your investment with travel insurance.

We will do our best to be available at all times while guests are in the house, although both the host and co-host live in different time zones. If something needs attention and neither the host or co-host are available, we will have local numbers for guests to call. We will do my best to get it fixed as quickly as possible!

We loved our stay at this beautiful home, which has gorgeous flowers. We enjoyed coffee in the morning on the front porch. Both the front porch and patio were perfect for happy hour. The kitchen was well stocked. The dining room table could seat all 9 of us. Our grown children enjoyed the game room and the basketball court. We all enjoyed walking around the neighborhood. We visited the nearby towns, hiked the beautiful trails and even went blueberry picking. The communication was fabulous with our host. We would definitely come back again.

The house was as lovely as pictured, and there was plenty of room for our family of 12 to get together or have private space. I didn't anticipate the huge back yard with a great old oak tree for sitting in the shade or resting after playing on the basketball court! We made use of the hot tub and grill. The flower beds were in full bloom and gorgeous. The home, in the middle of an Island was private and quiet with little traffic, but with restaurants, beaches and park nearby. A great time and great place for our get together!

We loved the home. Had everything imagined from great view, big yard, proximity to ocean, hot tub, game room, 2 living and 2 dining spaces. The property manager is super responsive and prepared us in advance with all the necessary details and tips on local attractions. Our 1 year old loved running in the backyard too. Overall comfortable and nice stay. Definitely recommend
