The SAUERWEINGUT which was built in the 17th century is located in the most beautiful district of Salzburg. It has been renovated until March 2018 in many hours and a lot of effort. The exterior facade has remained faithful to style. Inside you will find an exceptional residential ambience with traditional elements and elegant design.
This NEW 140 m2 apartment is located on the 2nd floor and offers 2 separate bed rooms with double beds. You are looking for a spacious living room with a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. Through a spiral staircase you will get to a rooftop balcony which offers a breathtaking view. On this level you will find an area with a sofa. The bathroom is equipped with a bath tub, shower and toilet.

When staying in the Salzburg area, this is the right place. The Atelier apartment at SAUERWEINGUT is comfortable, classy, spacious, clean, and in mint condition. The location is in a beautiful residential neighborhood, with a comfortable 20 minute walk in one direction to the heart of the old city, a 20 minute walk in another direction to the historic fortress. There is a full grocery store a 10 minute walk from the apartment and a few good restaurants too. As importantly, there are a ton of walking and biking trails and the hosts rent great quality bikes and e-bikes. Eve went out of her way to take care of us. We will definitely stay there again, if back in the area.

Beautiful flat, great location with a moderate walk to all sights, and fantastic communication with the host. Truly a great place to stay and would highly recommend.

This was a wonderful place to stay - so comfortable, clean, had all that we needed, the walk into town was manageable, the staff was so helpful, and it was perfect!
