About this house rental
The fully renovated flat offers all mod cons, tasteful décor,148 TV channels, free Internet access, a large loggia with patio furniture, and a view of the sea and Europe's highest cliffs. It is set in a wonderful park with a 25-m pool —supervised in July and August and open 1st May to 30th September —, two tennis courts, and a clubhouse with table tennis.

Household linen not available but possible on option.
It is peaceful and ideally located a 10-minute walk from the village at the sea at Bestouan Beach. The well-known calanques are half an hour away.

The apartment is exactly as shown in the announcement. It is well-kept, tidy, clean, and provides everything you need (including rackets for table-tennis, or beach-parasol).
The 2nd bedroom does not have a window.
It is located in a nice older compound with pool and other amenities. The table-tennis amenities are a bit run-down.
The compound sits at the top of Cassis with a 15 minute steep walk down to the Bestouan beach.
Towels and bed-sheets are not provided by the well-organized and nice host but can be ordered in advance for an extra fee.
We really enjoyed our stay in Cassis but in hindsight we should have brought some swim-shoes. If you arrive by public transport keep in mind that Cassis station is well out of town and getting around using only public transport sometimes requires patience because of delays or skipped bus connections.

Lovely apartment in a quiet complex, a short (though steep!) climb up from Cassis (~15 minutes). There's a quite large pool, water is not too cold. Nearby indoors are pingpong tables. There's a tennis court, but we didn't try it. The apartment is two bedrooms, with a beautiful view on to Cap Canaille. We found the apartment very well stocked, induction stove. The beds were reasonably comfortable. Communication was prompt. Jacques, who manages the property, quickly replaced a fan when it broke down and was very helpful. All in all, this is a great place at a reasonable price -- highly recommended.

"The apartment is situated in the pleasant residence with a big pool and the parking place in the calm part of Cassis. It’s very comfortable, clean, spacious and well equipped accommodation with everything needed for perfect holiday. In the apartment there is also lots of useful information and books. We loved the large terrace with amazing view over Cap Canaille and the sea which is especially beautiful in sunrise. It is possible to reach the sea and many restaurants in the nice port of Cassis in 10-15 minutes by foot also the famous Calanques is in walking distance from the apartment. The owner Jean Francois is very helpful, he answered all our questions very quickly and fully, there is very good organization of a meeting and departure. We had a wonderful week and would highly recommend this apartment."
