Do you want to be in the front row? Enjoy the wonderful panorama over the lake to the Alps? Then you are right here! The house is located in the pedestrian zone directly on Lake Constance (access for loading and unloading is possible).
The tastefully furnished, fully equipped apartment with two bedrooms, living-dining room, fully equipped small kitchen and bathroom is located in the attic of the house and can accommodate four people. One bedroom is equipped with a box spring bed with a size of 1.80 x 2.00 m. The second bedroom is quite small, has a bed with a size of 1.40 x 2.00 m under a sloping roof and a separate shower room.
The living-dining room has a window directly to the lake promenade, from the large bedroom or from the bed you have a side lake view.

This beautifully styled apartment has all you need for a comfortable stay. The small kitchen is well fitted out. The beds are comfortable with linen and towels provided. Everything was spotless. On the doorstep are restaurants, bars and ice cream. The house master was very friendly and helpful.

If there were a way to give this property a 10 we would. We had APT 70 / 71 with a balcony overlooking Lake Constance. It was spectacular. Everything we wanted was within a short walk. The Old Town was fun with great restaurants and attractions. The entire region is full of history. Definitely an apartment we would request again. Christian was a very helpful host who went out of his way to make our stay comfortable.
