About this apartment rental
The bright and friendly penthouse (completion 1996) is located above Meersburg (20 minutes walk downhill into the Meersburg old town and the lake) in the district Daisendorf on a slope to southwest aligned (Lake Constance - and mountain panoramic view). To the northeast (10 m in front of the hillside house door) directly join the extensive forests and meadows of the Margrave to Baden. Five minutes walk are needed to the village center (Schlecker, village pitcher, fruit and wine growers, (noble) - Schnapsbrennerei) and to a new well-stocked supermarket and bakery ..
The hillside favors a simple journey through the forest from the north side (own car park Whg 7) with only one staircase (= 1. Floor) in the apartment. Viewed from the south side, the apartment is built on the hillside, on the third floor. The panoramic view of land, lake and mountains is correspondingly wide and magnificent. On the south side is also the carport belonging to the apartment and another parking lot.
Bright apartment with ceilings reaching up to 5 meters high, with innovative lighting integrated into the architecture. The living area is about 76 square meters with two bedrooms, separate kitchen, bathroom, guest toilet, spacious living-dining room.
2 cots have a window into the living room. Children are always excited.

Eine geräumige, gut ausgestattete, komfortable Ferienwohnung, geschmackvoll und gemütlich.
Ruhige Lage. Aber vor allem ist es der traumhafte Ausblick von der Dachterrasse auf den Bodensee

In dieser Ferienwohnung fühlt man sich sofort wie zu Hause.
Die Ausstattung ist so umfangreich, dass man nichts vermisst. Es ist alles sehr hochwertig und vor allem schön eingerichtet. Die tollen Bilder an der Wand lassen es sehr gemütlich wirken.
Wobei das Beste ist der Balkon mit dem Blick auf See und Berge.
