Our Renovated 1960`s Beach House has all the amenities you`ll need for an exciting stay!
-Newly renovated features new countertops, cabinetry, bathroom, floors, and mini split HVAC
-Indoor Fireplace for heating and vibes
-Unique Manhattan Beach Ocean views and a view of Catalina Island
-Shared Laundry appliances located in the garage
-Most Everything you need to prepare and enjoy a meal in the kitchen
-Plenty of natural light in every room, but blinds for sleeping in

Guests have access to the entire apartment, parking for 1 small car in the garage, and the laundry appliances inside the garage.

Manhattan Beach is as classy as it gets. We`re a block from the beach and near Highland Ave, where there are lots of GREAT restaurants, bars, coffee shops and stores:
-FISHBAR
-Cafe Wild
-Culture Brewery
-Little French Bakery
-Two Guns Cafe

Walk Score rates the neighborhood `Very Walkable and Very Bikeable`, and if you wanted you wouldn`t need to drive anywhere.
-Parking can be a challenge in the beach cities of LA, so Uber/Lyft is a great way to go; maybe best to not bring a car
-We have one small parking space available and there is a paid parking garage with 2 hour meter parking close by
-Manhattan Beach E-Bike Rental shop is 1 minute walk away

-This is a non-smoking property, smoking is prohibited in units and on balconies or decks per the Manhattan Beach smoking ordinance. Additionally, the beach and Strand Boardwalk are non-smoking
-We ask that all guests be respectful and courteous to our neighbors. This includes community quiet hours from 10pm-8am daily.
Heating and Cooling: The unit equipped with a minisplit unit in the living room which provides heating and cooling for the unit.
Trash Cans: Located in the car port. Place recyclable items into the blue can.
No parties or Events. No smoking anywhere on the property. Quiet hours are 9 PM to 8 AM. (Really quiet neighborhood)

If you borrow it, return it.
If you turn it on, turn it off.
If you break it, fix it.
If you use it, take care of it.
If you make a mess, clean it up.
If you move it, put it back.
If your dog poops, clean it up. Please don`t let your dog go poo or pee on the fake grass.

Sorry, No barbequing.
Laundry hours between 8am and 8pm.

Pets:
We would love for you to bring your furry friend. There is one time $200 pet fee (per pet, per stay)

Everything we needed was in the home. Great walks by the beach and fun breakfast places like Uncle Bills each day.

This perfect location made for a fabulous trip to visit our son. The unit is welcoming and comfortable. This is definitely on our list of return locations! The host is fantastic!

House is very big. Bathroom is big as well. There are almost no overhead lights so it is very dark. There is no AC in the bedrooms and the air conditioner unit outside is too like so you cannot open your window. Otherwise the place is spacious and location amazing and beds are very comfortable
