About this house rental
Fun in California awaits you in our awesome vacation home! Literally steps to the beach, the location absolutely cannot be beat. Did we mention the hot tub? With room for 6, you're going to love the beach views and ocean breeze. Enjoy meals and cocktails on the front patio. Our home will be the cherry on top of your West Coast stay- the Pacific Ocean is calling your name!

- Washer/Dryer in Unit (coin-operated, please bring change if you plan to use!)

-There is parking in the driveway that fits only one car. “please note that there is a paid parking structure at Highland and Rosecrans Ave.”
- Please note that while we don't have A/C, we are so close to the ocean that you'll enjoy a lovely ocean breeze in the warmer months!

** DETAILS TO NOTE **
-The house is 100% yours just like a hotel with a professional cleaning crew that comes in right before your visit. The whole check-in/check-out process is keyless so you can drive up at any hour, press a combination on the door lock and you're in :)
- Your booking automatically includes a damage protection policy. Should any minor accidental damages occur during your stay, we will cover you up to $1,500. We understand accidents happen, so we've got your back! However, if we determine the damage was willful or negligent, we will charge your sec deposit, plus any additional cost needed based on the cost of the damage done.
- License Number: BL-34626
-We have a no-tolerance rule about parties and loud noise, so please be aware that complaints from neighbors, notifications from authorities, notifications from our noise monitoring software, or any other proof of disruptive behavior or loud noise between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM will result in fines of up to $1000.00, possible eviction and / or possible legal action if authorities are involved.
-There is one parking space available by the laundry area next to the house. It is VERY small, SUVs will not fit, small vehicles only. There is also a public parking lot in front of the house by the beach.
-There are stairs to get to the balcony and its a two story house that is not wheelchair accessible.

The home was perfect for my family of 4. Just steps from the beach with easy access to come and go as we please. The large porch with a sit at bar was easily the best place in the home. Could easily have sat there all day watching the ocean, surfers, and random glimpses of dolphins.

Lovely home, great location. morning coffee watching the surfers hitting the early waves. Walks along the Strand, easy walk to restaurants/bars. The home itself can use a little TLC, fresh paint, etc. but otherwise it's fabulous for a week stay on MB with a small family. Highly recommend.

I was told we would be parking in a small garage. We were renting a car so I asked what type of car would fit in the garage. I was told an Escalade but it would be tight. We had a Nissan Pathfinder, there was no garage and the most narrow driveway I’ve ever seen. We would’ve gotten something smaller had we known about the tightness of the driveway. No garage at all, which is fine but if we had an Escalade, it would NEVER have fit in that space. We scratched the rims and it was absolutely nerve racking to get it in & out of the tiny, narrow driveway. The beds were very hard & no AC, but luckily we didn’t need it but the fans we definitely did use. Some of the linens, especially pillow cases had black marks on them so we didn’t use some of the pillows. The view made this house worth the $, but definitely would not stay there again. We weren’t in the house too much as we were doing all the sight seeing activities in the area. Overall, we had a great trip but want to make people aware of the issues we had.
