We had a very comfortable stay. Having 2 small children it was lovely to have a beautiful balcony with views where we could sit outside and enjoy when we got them to bed. So close to a great sandy beach, without the kids only takes 5 mins!

Really nice property, convenient for the beach, just a short walk with the boards.
Only down side is Polzeath offers very limited places to eat/ drink out.

Polzeath is beautiful when the sun is out. Unfortunately you are also reliant on surf which surprisingly was poor for October. It is still however one of the best places to visit.

We really enjoyed staying at the apartment. It was so relaxing, spacious and quiet with great views. We brought our daughter’s dog and the garden was safe for her. Lovely to be able to walk out to Polzeath from there and to the beach.
