Great location, walking distance from the beach and town. Arrival pack (coffee, tea, salt & pepper, etc) was a really lovely touch! Great library of books in the house!
Good, practical flat with pretty much everything we needed. Loads of secure outside space to store wetsuits, boards etc. Easy parking for both cars. Reasonably priced compared with the very expensive properties elsewhere in Polzeath.
No view at all, small patio and no garden, although you get what you pay for. Maybe a few more kitchen utensils (more knives, large frying pan, salad bowl etc)

Excellent location for surfing
None of the tv’s in the bedrooms worked which my missed a bit with her afternoon nap.

Walls quite thin so could hear sounds from other rooms
