About this cottage rental
2 BR, private high-speed internet with Wi-Fi, TV, , front and brand new large back deck with patio furniture and outdoor dining facilities, BBQ grill and Firepit can complete the outdoor fun.
Fully stocked with kitchen essentials such as all pans and pots and utensils plus coffee maker, toaster, etc.
Master BR with Double bed, and a room with twin-sized bunk beds, a queen sofa bed for additional people.
short 2-minute walk to the entertainment areas, and a short stroll to the beach!
This cottage is located in Forest Grove community within Sherkston Shores 5-Star Resort, an amazing family getaway with the kids. Our cottage is always clean and well maintained and is sure to impress.
At night you can enjoy a campfire, and roast some marshmallows.
Our cottage is air-conditioned/heated.
The open kitchen is fully equipped and includes a toaster, , spices.
A large front deck includes outdoor dining furniture and propane BBQ. A fully covered front deck with brand new patio furniture welcomes you to enjoy your coffee or drink while winding down.
All you need to bring is your food & beverages, toiletries, pillow covers,linens, and towels, and any other personal items deemed necessary to enjoy your stay.
**We do NOT provide funplex passes - You will need to purchase water-park passes from the welcome center if you wish to use the water park. All beaches and the quarry do not require a pass to access**
A golf cart is available to rent - AT AN ADDITIONAL COST - Please message us for details.
A refundable security deposit for $500 is required.And will be refunded during the next 72hr after leave the cottage without any damage and in a clean condition.
Booking with us means, you are bound by all the rules set forth by the resort.
Must be 25+ to book and if the group is not a family, everyone staying must be over 25 years age, No smoking indoors and NO pets, no parties or events.

Overall, the property was very nice. It was clean and the beds were comfy. While all the information to check into the gated community was sent to me, I was rather confused during check in regarding a few details on where in the resort our cottage was located- so be sure to find this information on your final resort agreement before you arrive. Also, while many items are not provided in the cottage and are listed in the agreement, they are not overly emphasized so we came rather unprepared. I’ve stayed at many VRBOs and have never needed these things- which is fine- but I learned that not everything is done this way while at this cottage. So, please know that they do not provide top sheets (only fitted sheets), no extra blankets aside from thinner comforters, and a small blanket for the couch if someone is sleeping there. This is why they say ‘bedding is encouraged but not required.’ I’d highly recommend bringing some of your own for the beds and couches. Also, they do not provide garbage bags, toilet paper, and bathroom towels (both shower and wash cloths). Again, not a huge deal but make sure you bring them. They do have a large store on property which makes it convenient if you do forget something. Also, please know that this cottage is in one of the largest resorts I’ve ever seen in my entire life. There are golf carts everywhere, sometimes very early in the AM. Also, the resort plays music until 11:30pm some night and this cottage is right on the road so it can be loud.
