About this house rental

Situated in the city center, this welcoming vacation home brings all of Le Mans within your reach. There's convenient onsite parking, so you can leave your vehicle behind and let your feet make short work of the 13-minute walk to Palace of Congress and Culture or the 14-minute walk to Arche de la Nature. If you're looking to expand your horizons and see other nearby locales, you can catch a train at Le Mans Station, a short 11-minute walk away.

Good location and all amenities were good. Unfortunately our stay, particularly access and parking were impacted by significant construction works on the same road and immediate area.

The property was presented in a good clean condition and is spacious, with a nearby underground car park. It is in an average position. However, be aware the underground car park is closed on Sundays, we nearly had a car stuck in there until a very kind lady let us out.
