The condo comes with a unique code which will get you entry into your unit. The indoor, heated salt water pool and hot tub can be accessed via a Pool Code on the North side of the Office building.
This is a 2nd floor unit, there are 14 steps required to access the unit.

This is a condo in a shared complex, and it's worth noting that from time to time, you might hear everyday sounds coming from neighboring units and common areas within the facility. The condo comes with a limited supply of complimentary coffee, sugar, and creamer.

D Sands Rentals manages all 63 privately owned beachfront condos. We have a rental office on the property that is open no less than 8 hours a day. We give you your space, but we’re available on-site if you need anything.

Great place to stay with great beach access. Location is great. Only 30 minutes to depoe bay and 30 minutes to pacific city. I would highly recommend. The Murphy bed in the living room was great.

The location is excellent and close to lots of things to do. The beach area is wonderful and great for kids!
