If you're ready to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life, take a relaxing trip to the coast! This home in Lincoln City is just a block from the beach, and it welcomes dogs, so bring the whole family!
Perched on a hilltop right next to the coastline, walk just down the road and down the tall staircase to reach the sand, where you can stroll along the water's edge, search for shells, build sandcastles, and enjoy the beauty of the area. When you've worked up an appetite, head into town for lunch at one of the many wonderful restaurants, peruse the souvenir shops, visit the casino, or even take a glass-blowing class. If you prefer outdoor activities, you will find golf courses, hiking trails, boating opportunities, and fishing in the area.
This two-bedroom, one-bathroom home has just enough space for up to seven guests, and welcomes pets, though a small nightly fee does apply. The living room has large windows with views of the ocean, a cozy wood-burning fireplace, and a flatscreen TV equipped with cable and a DVD/VCR player. You will have access to a library of movies and books, board games to play, and wireless Internet in case you need to check your work email.
A full kitchen has all the tools you may need to cook up meals for everyone, which you can sit down together and enjoy at the dining room table. When it's time to rest up for another day of walking on the beach, you have your choice between the first bedroom, which features a queen-size bed, the second bedroom which has a twin-size bed and a twin-over-full bunk, and a comfortable sofa bed in the living room.
You will also have a laundry room in this home, so there's no need to worry about trying to keep your clothes clean while exploring town! Outside, a deck has a charcoal grill and fabulous views of the ocean - sit out here and watch the breathtaking sunset turn the sky different colors. There's room for two cars in the driveway (please do not park in the street).

The quickest beach access is just down the road and past a long staircase, but for guests who may not be able to climb so many stairs, four blocks to the south you will find a small parking lot with a cement ramp that gently leads to the sand.

House was cute and had a great view. However, The beds and bedding were terrible. Would suggest having ALL items that get used by the guests washed. Check out instructions say to only wash sheets. The blankets were dirty and smelled musty. Had dog hair and crud all over them. Couches were uncomfortable and the recliner was so old and it didn’t work properly. Overall opinion is the owners need to put some money into the comfort for their guests to compliment the view and location of the home.

The place was fine for the price. Nothing fancy. Mostly outdated. Furniture was not comfy except for the lazy boy. Looks like it was decorated from the Good Will. BUT, it was right on the beach and in our budget!!! Bring some sand chairs for the deck. You need to sit low or else your view is of the railing.

Perfect little place on the coast! We took a sister trip here and enjoyed the quiet area, amazing ocean views from the deck, and close access to the beach. Cleanliness of the house was good as well. Hope to vacation here again!

House was great! Beautiful views, just enough room for the family. Great location. Everything you need in the kitchen. Beds were adequate & plenty of games, puzzles & movies. Beaches a few minutes drive away & one walking distance but you have to go down & back up some steep stairs. Very clean & beds were made with matching linens. They even left a turkey pan with a list of the stores & a note saying Happy Thanksgiving. Really nice touch!
However, Vacasa did not resolve the first two issues we had even after multiple times contacting them:
1. No internet/cable.
2. Exterior downstairs motion lights did not work which was a safety issue.
The issues below we did not report to Vacasa since they didn't do anything about the first two:
3. Freezer was leaking water into the fridge & ruined some food.
4. Dryer will only dry partial loads at a time. Washer was great!
5. We cleaned up lots of dog poop from the previous renters.
6. Bathtub does not drain very well.
7. Parking - there are only two vehicles allowed. (we had family come from three states & had to park one car offsite & check on it/move it daily)
8. Bedroom blinds do not cover the entire window. I could look through the crack & see what wine they were drinking in the house next door.
Overall great house! Too bad the company managing it is so horrible.
