About this house rental
Beautiful, cozy, super clean home with great ocean views in North Lincoln City, Wecoma beach neighborhood. Enjoy sitting on 1 of 2 balconies, or by the electric fireplace of the upstairs living room, while watching and listening to the waves. Perfect for two small groups to have separate living areas. The uppermost area features a living room w/ large screen tv, full kitchen, master queen bedroom, triple bunkbed room and main bathroom.
Down the hall between the master and bunk bedrooms, through the door, and a few steps up to the loft unit is a queen bed and 2 twin beds. Down the spiral staircase of the loft unit is a cozy area with a pull out queen sofa, table, large screen tv, bathroom/shower, and kitchenette. The kitchenette has a small refrigerator/freezer, sink, microwave, single cup kuerig, induction burner and an Oster 10-in-1 countertop toaster, bake, air fry, slow cook, broil, roast, warm, pizza, dehydrate & convection oven. Pots & pans for induction burner in kitchenette cabinet. In the closet is a duvet covered comforter and sheets for the queen sofa pull out bed.
TV's have Vid Angel, Netflix, Disney, Amazon Prime, and Samsung tv (like cable).

We had a very peaceful stay. House was clean with everything we needed. Beds were comfortable. Easy access to beach. Didn't notice the downstairs tennants at all. Everything was great!
