Looking for adventure in your next stay at the beach? This unique home fastened on pilings against a hill overlooking the beach in central Lincoln City will wow you with its exceptional, breath-taking views over the ocean and rooftops. From the great room at the top of the house, you can sit on the window seat that spans the west wall and gaze through binoculars at surfers, beachgoers, whales and the Lincoln City Kite Festival at the D-River Wayside, just blocks away. Rustic tree-trunk decor and furnishings remind you that you’re seeing the world from tree-top height; clever details like real port-holes for windows in the two main-floor bathrooms and a river of beach rock under glass in the dining table will delight your friends and family. A loft that can only be reached by ladder will thrill the kids, especially since they can see south down the shoreline from their own private windows. There’s even a small deck so you can enjoy ocean breezes and the sunset from your sky-high perch. Please note, the amount stairs in the picture to the entrance of the property.
Downstairs, is a queen bedroom suite has its own deck, a bath with clawfoot tub, TV and gorgeous views to the Pacific horizon. Two more sweet queen bedrooms have TVs and charming decor. There’s an additional sofa sleeper in the living room, with its leather couches, flat screen TV. The open kitchen lets everyone stay in contact, and the dining table seats six with two additional seats at the kitchen bar. You’re an easy couple of blocks to miles of sandy beach and Kyllo’s Seafood and Grill when you decide to come back to earth and enjoy the coast! The house has an awesome view! However be prepared to walk ALOT of stairs. It’s not called a treehouse for nothing.My family is in various construction fields and we’re impressed with how the house was built and the photos that showed some of the process. We encouraged other family members to come over and look. Incorporate the home uniqueness and the view it was a really great stay. We had the deck door open for our bedroom every night and you could hear the ocean which was very peaceful.

Was a bit warm, most of the windows cannot be opened and there isn’t air conditioning. Wish there were some box fans for our use to keep some airflow going beyond just the two balcony doors.Had a great time though. The house is nice, the views amazing, and the location is perfect with a couple minute walk to the beach and couple minute drive to anywhere in town.

This property was unique with amazing views. It was very well stocked with games. Our frustration was with the responses from the host. The six of us arrived less than 15 minutes to 4pm on a rainy day having climbed the stairs with luggage. With a daughter who is a double amputee, we asked if they could open the door the 15 minutes before so she didn’t have to stand for fifteen minutes or go back down. By the time they responded, it was about 7 minutes to 4pm and they said they would have to charge us 30 to open early if it was okay with the cleaning people. Also, when we informed them of a dirty bed and sheets, they just apologized. Given their hefty cleaning fee and the fact we had to wash the sheets, this was not acceptable. It was not a very pleasant vacation experience.
