Beautifully kept property with everything you need. Richard had thought of everything! Bedrooms are interconnecting but teenagers were pleased not to share a room. Large front garden with car parking and it is also free to park on the street. Garage with 4 bikes, beach chairs and shopping trolley bag.

"My family of 5 rented this house in July 2011. It was perfect for us. Richard, the owner, was warm and welcoming. He provided a thorough tour of the house and kindly answered my many questions about Cabourg. (He speaks English well and was patient with my poor attempts to speak French.) The house was charming, clean, quiet, and well-appointed. We loved buying our food at the local market and eating outside on the private patio. The gated yard is perfect for families with children. The house is conveniently located within walking distance to the beach, shops, restaurants, and the market. Richard handled the rental quite professionally and returned my entire security deposit. I have absolutely no hesitation recommending this rental. We loved Normandy and hope to return!"
