Charming villa by the sea in a calm and secure environment

We welcome you with joy to our family home, very warm and that we have carefully decorated. It is on one level and consists of a main house and a small annex house if necessary.
It is a house that combines modernity and spirit of the past. It is very practical for children and people with reduced mobility (no steps to cross, wide openings).
The advantages of this house close to the beach: the bay windows for the light, the terrace, the comfort of an inhabited house and the equipment to make your stay comfortable.
Outside school holidays, it is possible to rent the house without the annex for 6 people max and therefore at a reduced price (on request).
Regarding accommodation:
         The main house is made up
- a fitted kitchen, very practical and with all the necessary daily comfort (espresso coffee maker, food processor, small utensils, kitchen background ...)
- a dining room with new furniture (tables and seats for 8 to 10 people)
- a large living room with exceptional brightness and which gives a lot of character to the room. Over the entire length it has very large bay windows opening onto a terrace and the garden
- a spacious master suite with lots of charm, open onto its own bathroom (queen size bed)
- a small "dormitory" room for children, for example, with 4 adult-size beds, 3 of which are superimposed. Bedroom with velux window and glass door leading to the living room
Over the entire length of the house: large terrace with garden furniture and outdoor furniture, deckchairs for you to rest and sunbathe (facing south)
          and a small annex including a double bedroom with TV (140 cm bed), a shower room with WC, a small entrance room.

The property has a large shaded, wooded, private and fenced garden.
There is no opposite in the garden which is sheltered from the wind and far from the road.
The house has a BBQ, a ping pong table, a few bikes and many games for young and old (molkky, rackets, balls, badminton ...).
Also available a wide choice of books, DVDs and comics.
It is a house maintained regularly even if everything is not new: works were carried out in January 2019 (interior paintings in the main house, exterior lighting, velux window, roof, etc.)
Access for travelers: ideally located:
500m from a very large and beautiful sandy beach and the Marcel Proust promenade where you can take a stroll. Carrefour super market within walking distance,
Thalasso at 15 minutes walk
Golf and equestrian center 5 minutes from the house
a game room (billiards, bowling, etc.) 200m away
In the center of Cabourg (less than 2km) you will also find all the facilities and leisure activities for young and old: mini golf, swimming pool, cinema, shopping, casino, bars and restaurants.
The house is therefore not in the city center.
Also: very close and accessible on foot or by bike: beach clubs, tennis, many walks, bike or horse from the house without forgetting the Landing beaches and the Pays d'Auge, rich in gastronomic and tourist discoveries for the most curious.
Bike rental possible around the corner. Ballads organized on request.
In case of absence from our part, a person will take care of welcoming you and giving you all the useful explanations concerning the house and will be your contact for the duration of the stay. Late arrival possible but to anticipate

Other remarks
The house is at the end of a small tree-lined path. It has all the comforts of an inhabited home. It was largely refurbished in 2017 and 2019 for the most part.
Possibility to leave your car on the private road or otherwise on the small free parking on the street and in front of the house.
