Magnificent duplex of 111 m2 comprising 3 bedrooms with a capacity of 8 people.
It is located in the Masseboeuf district, Aiguillon building on the 1st floor. You will be at the foot of the ski slopes and hiking trails, with a view of the mountain. Its magnificent south-facing terrace of 23 m2 and its garden furniture will delight you in summer and winter.
You will have covered parking near the building to park a vehicle.
This duplex will allow you to enjoy on its first level a magnificent living room with television and sofas, one of which converts into a 140x190. It will also provide you with a comfortable American-style kitchen space equipped with refrigerator, microwave, oven, dishwasher, crockery/cutlery, kitchen utensils, Nespresso coffee maker, toaster and kettle, fondue and raclette machine...You will also have free wifi in the apartment as well as a DVD player (numerous children's DVDs available). Still at this level in the entrance, you will find a first bathroom with corner bath and washing machine. An independent toilet is also located there.
On the upper floor, you will find a first bedroom with a double bed of 160x190, then a second bedroom with 2 single beds of 90x190 as well as a sofa bed of 140x190 and finally a third bedroom with two single beds of 90x190. A shower room with shower and its independent toilet will complete this floor.
Bed linen and towels are not included. Possibility to rent it via our agency on request.
Non-smoking accommodation. Pets are accepted with a supplement of 35 euros.

Dommage que la porte des toilette rdc étais condamné et le store d’une chambre ne fonctionne pas
