At the end of the path, on a property surrounded by nature, not overlooked, in an old farmhouse, you will have an independent house of character from 1925 renovated in 2013, with private pool (fenced and secure). Ideal for recharging your batteries, removing stress and daily hassles.
This cottage will allow you to shine in the heart of the Cantal chestnut grove, between the sweetness of the Lot valley, Conques, where you can admire the stained glass windows of the famous Aveyron artist Pierre Soulages or take the famous GR 65 Chemin de St Jacques de Compostelle or enjoy of the charm of the Auvergne volcanoes. Ideally located less than an hour from the Le Lioran ski resort, you can fully enjoy a ski area in the heart of Cantal.
The Angèle cottage is the ideal holiday home for your family or friendly get-together.
On the Ground Floor: You will appreciate the large and warm living room with fully equipped open kitchen, the living room with fireplace (former cantou), the living room with farm table, the veranda with beautiful panorama, a separate toilet.
1st floor :
3 Bedrooms, 2 CH with 1 bed for 2 people, 1 CH with 2 beds for 1 person, 2 bathrooms, one with wc
2nd Floor :
Attic converted into a dormitory, 4 single beds, 1 double bed
Basement: Laundry area with washing machine, dryer
Storage corner for hiking boots, skis, snowshoes, fishing rods.
