Located in Buffalo, this building is a dream. No expense was spared when this commercial property was renovated into a second floor two bedroom and one bathroom apartment in a gated property three blocks away from Olmsted Parkway and Elmwood Village (voted One of America's 10 Best Neighborhoods!)
After a day of exploring, relax in front of the fireplace, make a drink at the bar (BYOB), or gather your family around the large fully stocked modern gourmet kitchen island to share the fun of the day and plan your next adventure. End the night relaxing on the balcony. In addition to two bedrooms, there is a full-size sofa bed and futon tucked into corners of the main living space. Sleeps 7.

I stayed here for a trip to Buffalo for the Bills–Jets game with three good friends and had an amazing experience. The apartment exceeded our expectations in every way — it was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. The gated property made us feel safe and added an extra level of convenience.John was a fantastic host: super helpful, responsive, and always available when we had questions. Everything about the stay was smooth and stress-free, which let us fully enjoy the weekend. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would absolutely book again. Highly recommend

This was an exceptional 5-night stay and one of the best vacation experiences we’ve ever had. Check-in was seamless and stress-free, with clear instructions that made arrival effortless. The owner was outstanding—extremely responsive, genuinely friendly, and clearly invested in making sure everything was perfect throughout our stay.The home itself exceeded expectations. The upscale finishes and attention to detail are evident in every space. The amenities are truly second to none, from the high-end kitchen appliances that made cooking a pleasure to the comfortable beds that ensured great sleep every night. Beautiful space with Huge Screen TV's. Great for connecting with family and friends. comfortable, clean couches and plenty of seating. A great space that we plan to return to in the future.
