This rental features three bedrooms on the first floor with woodsy, classic Tahoe decor, and a fourth bedroom on the second level with a slider door out to a relaxing deck. The focal point of the living room is a charming gas burning stove, and the dining area has room for eight. Step out onto the living room deck and enjoy partial lakeviews. Oversized windows let in plenty of light, and the recently remodeled kitchen has plenty of inviting design details, like a subway tile backsplash and marble counters. Equally appealing about this unit is the beautiful outdoor space, including an aspen grove across from the house and shared green space behind.
This unit comes with full use of the community pool, hot tub, and tennis/pickleball courts.

This home was perfect location with two different quaint towns less than 5-10 mins either direction! The house itself was right near the lake with its own private beach- Lake Tahoe had stunning hues of blues! Drove scenic drive to South Tahoe & rode the boat in Zephyr cove, hiked to Cascade Falls, went down to our private beach several times each day! And Shout out to Lanza’s Italian restaurant who know service matters as well as Mountain Slice Pizzeria & Creamery! Impressed by both! We could not be happier with our stay!

This condo was very well kept and had a great layout with multiple lake view balconies. It was a short walk to the lake but the rocky shoreline was not for kids that want to build sand castles, but that was ok because there are many sandy beach options a short drive away. The community hot tub looked like it has not been working for a long time time since it was almost drained with green water in it so that was a bit of a bummer, but probably not highly desirable in the middle of summer.

We stayed here as two families each with a toddler. Overall the location was fantastic but the condo wasn’t very comfortable. It has extremely steep stairs, very firm and old mattresses and paper thin walls. Would probably work better for a two/ three younger couples with no kids. The proximity to the lake and Tahoe City was lovely but the property itself left a lot to be desired.
