About this apartment rental
This three-bedroom two bath Villas vacation rental condo is an end unit on the very edge of the complex with great views of the forest. At the entry of this condo, you will find yourself in the master bedroom, with its Queen size bed and private full bathroom. If you up to the main living area you arrive in the dining room which is just off to the side of the well-equipped kitchen. The living room has plenty of light and seating, it features a large rock fireplace. There is deck access through a sliding glass door. Great for relaxing or BBQing with your group. There is Wifi and cable in the unit. The lower floor contains two guest bedrooms. One with a Queen bed and the other has a twin over full bunk bed.. The laundry area in on this level as well as a shared full bathroom. The Home Owner Amenities included a swimming pool, clubhouse, two saunas with bathrooms, tennis courts and sand volleyball court (open summer only). Close to excellent hiking, public beaches, bike trails and Tahoe City for dining, shopping and entertainment. In the winter it is a short drive to Squaw Valley, Alpine Meadows and Homewood ski resorts.
All of our rentals come with fully equipped kitchens; most kitchens do not have pantry items due to wildlife concerns. We provide all linens and towels; most units have beach towels as well. There is a washer and dryer in every rental. Every unit has Wi-Fi. There is NO A/C, this is not commonly found in Tahoe, there are fans.

This was a beautifully appointed condo that could not have fit our needs any better. We only needed 2 bedrooms but this condo had three and beds to sleep 7. The bathrooms were clean and well appointed. The kitchen was a real surprise in that it had good cookware, large serving pieces for multiple diners, adequate dishes and glassware, and although a galley kitchen, we made it work. My only complaint was there was an infestation of carpenter ants. Coming from MS I am used to bugs but felt they could have an extermination company come in to deal with this.

We had a nice stay at Villas 68! Loved the location, and the house was the perfect size for two families staying together. We appreciated the kid friendly touches like the baby gate and pack n play.

Condo was just as advertised, clean and really conveniently located. Our stay was great and they even let us check in a few minutes early. They were very helpful and prompt on responding to email as well. I would absolutely recommend this place to friends. Thank you

Pros: house was clean and had everything we needed. Communication was easy. Cons: windows in kids room were low to the ground, so we had to close them at night for fear of bears, but this made the rooms super hot. Fans would have been great. Also, the property is near a busy street, so very noisy. Staircase is a hazard for littles, so would have appreciated warning. Wi-Fi did not work.
