Le Pouldu is a pleasant seaside resort with its sandy beaches facing the island of Groix, its marina, nautical center, tennis courts and many activities linked to the sea or walks along country lanes and coastal paths. (GR34).
City of painters appreciated by Paul Gauguin, ideally located between Pont-Aven, Concarneau, Quimper and Lorient, Carnac, ... many visits are possible.
Departures to the Groix or Glénan islands are available from Lorient and Concarneau to enhance your vacation.
To spend pleasant holidays with family or friends, the house will delight you with its geographical location between sea and countryside with a breathtaking view of the island of Groix from the bays of the room / lounge and terrace facing south.
The house is 72 m2 habitable, with 506 m2 of enclosed garden, including a parking space for 2 cars, and is located on the heights of a private housing estate, in dead end.

Very nice house. Well equipped. Fine closed garden. Only disappointment was the sea view which was quite distant.

The house was immaculate. We loved the open plan living area and especially brilliant was the outdoor space; where we could sunbathe, eat, bbq, and even fit two yoga mats for some sunny sessions. We loved seeing the sea, but could also hear it on some evenings. Indoors the seating and beds were comfy and two bathrooms were very useful. The neighbourhood was quiet, felt safe, but was lovely to walk from; either to the sea or around the houses.

The house is simply perfect. Well maintained, clean and comfortable. It has all the accessories you would need and even for a small child- the stair gate was a surprise but shows how much the homeowners have thought about what they have made available for people.
The garden is great, BBQ and outside furniture amazing, and is safe for dogs and small children as all fenced in. The views over the bay and to Groix are spectacular
We had a wonderful holiday and can't wait to stay here again.
