Le Pouldu is a pleasant seaside resort with its sandy beaches facing the island of Groix, its marina, nautical center, tennis courts and many activities linked to the sea or walks along country lanes and coastal paths. (GR34).
City of painters appreciated by Paul Gauguin, ideally located between Pont-Aven, Concarneau, Quimper and Lorient, Carnac, ... many visits are possible.
Departures to the Groix or Glénan islands are available from Lorient and Concarneau to enhance your vacation.
To spend pleasant holidays with family or friends, the house will delight you with its geographical location between sea and countryside with a breathtaking view of the island of Groix from the bays of the room / lounge and terrace facing south.
The house is 72 m2 habitable, with 506 m2 of enclosed garden, including a parking space for 2 cars, and is located on the heights of a private housing estate, in dead end.
Calm and rest assured.
All comfort (2 TV, DVD player, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, pyrolysis oven, ...) and new furnished.

Wij hebben deze woning ervaren als een vakantiewoning waar de basis aanwezig is. Alleen de afmetingen van het tweepersoonsbed beneden waren vooraf niet zo duidelijk ( smal en hard bed).

Das Haus liegt bergauf am Ende eines Neubaugebiets. Dies ging aus der Objektbeschreibung nicht hervor.
Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet, man könnte sogar sagen überausgestattet.
Zudem kann von einem einzigartigen Blick auf das Meer nicht die Rede sein. Man konnte allenfalls in der Ferne das Meer erahnen.

Gute, ruhige Lage am naturbelassenen Rand einer Privaterschließung. Garten ganz eingezäunt, Freilauf für den Hund ohne Probleme. In der Küche st alles vorhanden, was man benötigt, um dich selbst zu versorgen. Die Wohn- und Küchenfläche ist großzügig geschnitten, hell und licht zur großen Terrasse hin.Der Blick schweift vom Wohnbereich über die Dächer tiefer gelegener Häuser zum Meer und der Ile de Groix!
Manches ist im Ūberfluss vorhanden, wie Bettdecken,Kissen u.a. Etwas weniger wäre mehr und würde das Haus, geeignet für 4 Personen, gemütlicher werden lassen ,z.B. in den oberen Schlafräumen.
Einzigartig ist die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft der Gastgeberin!!!
Für Hinweise des Gastes ist sie offen und zugänglich.
Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt!
