About this villa rental
57-m² villa, completely new and fully equipped, lies on a 1450-m² garden with trees and flowers. At your disposal during the stay: heated pool, Jacuzzi, hammam, external solar shower and sun loungers. The villa has a fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, freezer, oven, dishwasher, microwave, ceramic hob, coffee maker, toaster and all necessary flatware. The living room features a small sofa, coffee table, dining table, TV (TNT channels), Wi-Fi (free). The first bedroom (16-m²) has a queen-size bed (160 x 200-cm) and a large wardrobe. The second bedroom (11-m²) has a double bed (140 x 190-cm) and storage spaces. The bathroom has a shower, a bathtub, a washing machine, and a toilet. Exterior: the house has no direct neighbours and is south oriented. Swimming pool: 8.50 x 4.20 m heated. Jacuzzi: for 5 people, jet streams. Hammam: for 4 people. Terrace: equipped with sun loungers and sun umbrellas. There is an external solar shower and a large parking space (4-5 cars) completely enclosed. Extras without additional costs: baby equipment (cot, high chair, bathtub, and pool equipment like baby float); gas barbecue; bed linen (home linen, sheets, pillowcases, blankets). Extras with additional charge: cleaning service (bed linen change, vacuum cleaner, toilets disinfection) is possible at the end of the two-week stays or more for €40. The village: Sainte-Anastasie-sur-Issole is a Provencal village, with a bakery, small shops, a café, a square and a medical centre, a pharmacy and restaurants. It is located 40 minutes away from the most beautiful beaches on the coast. Sainte-Anastasie-sur-Issole is ideally located between the calm countryside and the tourist areas on the seaside. Region's activities: you have the possibility to enjoy the activities of the region such as hiking, Provençal markets, the Gorges du Verdon, paragliding, canyoning, and concerts. For children, the Sainte-Anastasie-sur-Issole municipality organises a summer camp (please book in advance). For facilities maintenance (especially for the swimming pool, the hammam, and the Jacuzzi), the owner lives on the same property in a detached building. During your stay, she guarantees total discretion for a peaceful stay. She will be at your disposal to give you all the information about the facilities and to suggest activities of the region. Noise: this villa is located in a green and calm residential area. It is a place to rest and relax. Please respect the neighbourhood, do not play music too loud.

Good location, very nice pool, and host, who lives on site, has very good English and is more than happy to assist. Property itself suffered a number of faults whilst we were there however. Village has bar, restaurant and shop and more facilities are in next village 4 km away. Good base to explore the Var region and less than 1.5 hours from Nice.

We say thank you, for the wonderful time in this beautiful und perfect holiday home. The landlady Babara gave us a very warm welcome and we immediately felt very comfortable.
She was always very helpful and did everything to make our time nice and relaxing.
She gave us many excellent tips for our excursions.
The house is very nice und comfortable furnished with many extras.
Everything you need has been thought of.
Everything is very clean and well maintained. The pool was
magnificent and the jacuzzi a paradise for those balmy evenings.
Thank you dear Barbara, we would love to come back!!!

We spent our honeymoon at Barbara's place at the end of September. The weather was still great, with air temperatures from 23 to 26 and pool temperatures of 21 to 22 degrees Celsius during the day. Besides from the "cooler" pool, we also enjoyed the warmer jacuzzi (38.5 degrees) and the sauna on site.
We also did a short hike to nearby mount St. Quinis which Barbara had recommended us to do. The hike takes about 60 to 90 minutes to get up there and about the same time to get back. There are also many different other locations to visit and Barbara is always glad to recommend local markets, museums or sites. We visited a local market in Garéoult, a museum in Aix-En-Provence, an abbey in Le Thoronet, hiked on the Isle of Porquerrolles and went to Monaco, to name just a few.
Barbara's welcome was warm and we felt at home at her place from the start. It also seems to be a great place for families with lots of room to play outside. Both the kitchen and the rest of the holiday home are well equipped - and if anything might happen to miss, Barbara is always happy to assist and share. For instance, when we arrived, Barbara told us about a strike that caused many gas stations to run out of petrol just when we had arrived at her place. She made some phone calls to find a gas station in the area that had still petrol, took us there so we could refuel and even gave us a 20 litre canister to extend our range in case the strike would last longer.

It is a wonderful place, quiet and silent
The house has a living room, a kitchen (where nothing is missing) and 2 big bedrooms
The swimming pool is about 30°C where we can play or swim
In the jacuzzi, 5 people can appreciate the warm water in the same time
The water of pool and jacuzzi are very clean and clear. Barbara looks after the quality of water.
There is also a hammam but we didn’t use it because the weather was to warm (for us) to appreciate a higher temperature
There is a pleasant garden with flowers and trees
In the garden, there are barbecue and plancha: everything to cook good meals
We appreciated to eat on the terrace with the beach umbrella because we are in south of France
The free WiFi is efficient and a lot of books that we can read on the terrace or near the pool
And the most important is Barbara: she is very pleasant and gives good advices to visit or to discover pleasant places or town around the house. She likes to help their guests and to offer the best during holidays
We are near the beach (30mn by car) and also les gorges du Verdon, etc…
