Brignoles in the heart of Green Provence, villa in walking distance of downtown, modern comfort, beautiful volume, brightness, air conditioning. Terrace upstairs veranda, garden furniture, garden 200 sqm, swimming pool 8mx4m. Parking in property.
Near the old town, Provençal market and all shops and public services (post office, banks, doctors, hospital).
Less than an hour from the sea (saline Hyeres Port Hyeres, melted Tour boarding for the islands of Porquerolles Port Cros and Le Levant) and also from Toulon, Marseille, Aix en Provence 1/2 hour. An hour of magnificent Verdon gorges, 1/2 hour of Sainte Baume cave of Mary Magdalene, a half hour from the mountains of Sainte Victoire Cézanne landscape. One hour from Cannes, Saint Tropez and just over Nice and 1/2 hour Frejus Saint Raphaelle.
Brignoles crossed by the river the Caramy, it enjoys a pleasant climate and particularly sunny throughout the year. Very hot summer, half very mild seasons, few frosts of winter. City with easy movement without traffic jam, free parking facility.

What a beautiful house. Completly airconditioned and spacious with a huge pool and balcony with a perfect view on the sunset.

Maison fonctionnelle, spacieuse très agréable, bien située ce qui permet d'accéder à pieds au centre ville rapidement. Piscine fermant à clef ce qui assure une haute sécurité pour les jeunes enfants. Les propriétaires sont discrets disponibles et attentionnés.

Très beau volume où les enfants ont de l'espace, literie confortable et le top, le petit salon dehors très bien placé pour surveiller les enfants à la piscine

Nous avons séjourné à 6 adultes la maison est spacieuse, et très bien équipée, rien ne manque. Une très belle piscine entretenue par des propriétaires attentionnés, disponibles et très discrets. Vous pouvez réserver en toute confiance.
