About this house rental
Agence Cocoonr offers you this charming 200 m² house in Saint-Philibert, less than a kilometre from the beach, with wifi, which can accommodate up to 10 guests. It has a lovely 70 m² living room with fitted kitchen, five bedrooms, four bathrooms and a garden of around 1,000 m². Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4-star hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival.

- Fully equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, 6-ring hob, filter coffee maker....
- One bedroom with queen-size bed (160x200) and en-suite bathroom (shower) and WC
- One bedroom with double bed (140x190) and en-suite bathroom (shower)
- Separate WC
- A mezzanine office area
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, electric griddle, fan, ironing board and iron.
Outside :
- A beautiful 1,000 m² garden + terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.
- A tennis court is available. It is shared with the other houses in the residence.

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park.
