About this house rental
Located in the heart of a tourist region, very beautiful charming longère between Auxerre and St Fargeau, haven of peace, nestled in the Puisaye countryside (Pays de Colette and P. Larrousse), 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 48 m² living room, fully equipped kitchen, central heating + fireplace and insert
Cleaning costs (not included in the Abritel booking, payable on arrival) for each rental: € 75, and heating costs in winter from 01/10 to 30/04 from 1 to 2% per person per night, no central heating outside these periods, additional wood heating only
PLEASE NOTE, towels are NOT INCLUDED in the rental, please bring them
A service of supply of sheets and towels can however be ensured for 140 € per stay (for 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms)
