The apartment consists of a large and bright living room with views of the surrounding nature, a SMART TV with NETFLIX, a dining table, and a sofa bed. Besides a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, oven, gas stove, kettle, microwave, toaster, LAVAZZA A MODO MIO coffee capsules machine), two bedrooms: one with a double bed and a large wardrobe, and one with two single beds (or a double bed upon request) and a desk, a laundry area, and a private bathroom with a shower, bidet, toilet, and hairdryer.
The apartment is accessible via three steps only.
The apartment's highlight is the private outdoor terrace, ideal for evening dinners with family or friends.
The apartment also offers air conditioning, heating, high-speed Wi-Fi, and private covered parking on the ground floor with a small adjoining garden.
We also provide our guests with sheets, towels, and beach towels.
Neighborhood:
- Just minutes from the historic center and the beaches (20-30 minutes on foot).
- Surrounded by green countryside, just outside Salò.
- Nearby, there is a bakery, butcher, stationery shop, gas station, and, most importantly, an excellent typical osteria/pizzeria and supermarket.
- 30 minutes from the port of Salò (boats and ferries).
- Near the bus stop to/from Desenzano and Brescia.
- Also close to a bike path.
- A car is always recommended.

We found all what we need in a quiet and modern apartment. Frederico answers all questions emidiately in a very nice form. There is no doubt, we would reserve again.
The location is perfect to visit all touristic sites.
