The shared covered terrace area with tables outside the door.
Parking space - there was always room and it was private through a gate.
Welcome pack of food. Wine in the fridge to purchase.
New, modern bathroom.
Open-plan kitchen/dining area with comfortable settee.
The accommodation was in a more residential location which was perfectly acceptable but it was a good 30-minute walk to the Lake and and even longer to reach the centre and main restaurants and bars. This could be a problem for less mobile people without a car. We walked into the centre most days or evening and it was perfectly safe with pavements and good lighting but might not be suitable for everyone.

Barbara is an amazing host! She was very lovely and answered every question we had with a smile on her face. The property is above the farm where they grow and sell vegetables, 100m from a very recommended restaurant (Osteria Di Gallo) and in a very quiet area.

Very friendly host with ready recipes to suggest for preparing its own vegetables and fruit, the garden just next to door, morning sunshine in the windows!
