Beautiful and spacious property in Genzano di Roma, near Rome 20 minutes by train !!! 160 m2 for the exclusive use of guests. Villa Sara is located in the center of a huge and luxuriant park of 3000 square meters with large trees and plants and is located on a hill that boasts a breathtaking view of the Castelli Romani, where tranquillity, peace and nature reign supreme. The hand, the great attention to cleanliness, taste and wisdom pervade every room of the house, crossing the true tradition of living well. The villa, on two floors, can accommodate up to 10 guests (plus a child) and consists of a large living room, a super-equipped eat-in kitchen, an entrance hall, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a utility room. Upstairs, a delightful and bright living room with a double bed, a bedroom and a bathroom.
The villa is intended for the exclusive use of guests who book, without anyone else.
The finishes are luxurious, studied in detail and made with quality materials. The villa is very comfortable and complete with all ancillary services and all the comforts and is fully air-conditioned. In front of the property a characteristic and beautiful outbuilding (open space) defined by the kind guests as "SUPER", a wonderful real home that offers the opportunity to enjoy excellent aperitifs, have lunch and dinner quietly, spending days in total relaxation as it is equipped with everything. The exclusive swimming pool offers moments of fun and relaxation and is equipped with sunbeds and deck chairs. We can only wish you .... have fun! Complete supply of sheets, towels, beach towels, tablecloths and kitchen towels, high chairs and cots. On request it is possible to take advantage of daily cleaning and restaurant service.

Up to 6 guests will have the Villa at their disposal on the ground floor. Guests who wish to use the upper floor for their convenience or for any other reason, even if there are 6 of them, will have to add a supplement of € 100.00 per day and will have the entire apartment on the upper floor at their disposal.
The Villa is never shared with other guests. The guest who books has the entire property available for HIS EXCLUSIVE USE, both in 2 and in 10.

The property and villa were amazing. We loved the outdoor kitchen and spent most of our time out there. The house was well equipped for any meal needs. Sara snd her family were amazing hosts and we felt like special guests! Loved the pasta dinner and it was definitely a highlight of our trip. I would highly recommend this experience to anyone who is looking for a holiday that is relaxing after visiting Rome and all its tourists! Thank you as we will be backCiao Sherry

What a wonderful stay. I can’t say enough about the home & host. Sara & her dad also made us the most delicious meal our last night there. What a treat! Genuinely great place & family. We appreciated the communication and hospitality.

The pros:We all had an absolutely amazing time, why?We came to stay at Villa Sara from a very busy few days stay in the City of Rome and needed some R&R! We definitely got this and so much more! From the very booking communication was prompt and available when needed, a warm and friendly welcome on arrival by Sara and her father. The villa inside was immaculate, spacious and very comfortable with absolutely everything you need (including a lovely little welcome basket ) Outside is breathtakingly beautiful! With a large pool, outdoor kitchen with bathroom, and the most lovely views of lemon and olive trees surround you. A car is a must, with local supermarkets and restaurants near by. We were also able to visit Nemi and lake Nemi (recommended by Sara) just stunning 🤩 and a trip to Pompeii was do able. Sara, her family and the Villa is a rare find and we’re so grateful we got to stay here and meet them. Cons: We had to leave. The 8 days are not long enough, however, Sara has said we’re welcome back Villa Sara, along with the family will be special memories for us and has totally made us fall in love with Italy x x x
