About this house rental
Beautiful and welcoming villa on the slope of a hill with beautiful views of the countryside of the Castelli Romani in the immediate vicinity of the town of Genzano di Roma. The interior of the vacation home is inviting and tasteful. Around the cottage extends a spacious garden with swimming pool, large equipped gazebo (75 m²) above the pool and a chestnut forest that invites you to pleasant walks. Also available are a stone barbecue and a play area for children. Lake Nerni is only 3 km away and there is the possibility of walks and bike rides along the lakeside road. Ideal location for visiting the "eternal city" of Rome, which attracts with its numerous monuments and sights, for excursions to Castel Gandolfo and the beautiful countryside around Rome. At the end of the garden is a dependence inhabited by the janitor, but with a separate access road.

Très bon accueil du propriétaire. La maison est située à une trentaine de km de Roma
Belle et grande maison, en hauteur d'une route nationale mais peu de nuisances
les seuls petits point de déceptions sont la qualité du linge de maison assez usagé (10€ par pers) et les ustensiles de cuisines (casseroles, poêles) qui auraient besoin d'être changées.....
Les extérieurs sont vraiment bien.
Beau séjour qui aurait été parfait sans les 2 remarques ci-dessus.
