Amazing sunsets await you at this awesome family beach house. We are located at NE 65th. Beach access are located 1 short block in either direction at NE 64th & NE 66th.

This spacious 1800 square foot home is perfect for family & friends to gather or for couples looking for a romantic getaway, Anniversary, Birthday, or special occasion. Great Ocean view location and fabulous views make this the ideal home for those looking to relax in a clean, comfortable and relaxing vacation home. An oversize kitchen and dining area makes entertaining a breeze. Everything flows out onto a 1,000 sq ft Oceanview cedar deck with the Hot Tub just steps away. Each of the bedrooms have its own warm and inviting atmosphere including new BeautyRest Pillowtop Mattresses for your ultimate comfort and enjoyment. For those that can't seem to get away from the office we have WIFI Hi-speed internet connection with wireless router. For kids young and old we have 7 miles of warm sandy beach for Exploration and Adventure. We also have 2- 42" large flat screen Plasma TV's for action packed games, Sports, movies, and 2 Sony Blue Ray players. Netflix, Amazon Prime, HULU and other online entertainment services are accessible and available.
The sunsets, whale watching, kite surfing and ocean views are simply spectacular. Don't forget to stroll over to the beach access to catch the fabulous sunrises, sunsets and scan the incredible coastline in all its wonder. Terrific home, fabulous location, great oceanview. Includes Weber BBQ. Short one block to two beach accesses. Located just a short 1 mile drive or walk from the Chinook Winds Casino and only minutes away from two 18 hole golf courses (Lakeside and Salishan).

Amazing property. Easy access to the beach. A mile away from shopping areas. Had a group of 10 people and all of us had plenty of space. It was a nice bonus to have a closet full of games and puzzles. The hosts were very responsive. Would definitely stay here again.

Stayed 4 nights with my wife and our 2 adult children and their significant others. (6 adults 1 dog)The public space furniture was nice. The beds were okay. The heat was tough to regulate. It was cold before bedtime, and then we all woke up hot around 3 am -multiple nights. The furnace rattled when running - quite noisy to ground floor bedrooms. Hot water was slow to showers/sinks.The internet could be slow and lagged when watching TV. Navigating the many remotes to get Spectrum TV took much trial. The hot tub was great. The living room view allowed us to see the king tide waves between the houses in front of us (view of the sand is blocked by houses and dunes). The Kitchen is a "U" shape with appliances against one wall, the sink at the bottom of the "U", and a counter with stools on the dining room side. The small aisle between the two arms of the "U" meant that a person at the sink was trapped until someone using the stove backed out. The refrigerator door can't swing completely open because of the narrow aisle.A major disappointment was though photos show a fireplace, when we arrived there was a piece of paper on the firebox that says - do not use. With the weather being stormy, a fire in a fireplace would have been a nice addition, and one of the filters I used when searching for a place to stay.Clean-up requirements were reasonable.If a fireplace wasn't a desire of ours, the location would probably have us consider staying here again.
