Adjacent to 5 Star Waldorf Astoria Monarch Resort, close to Salt creek beach , Strand beach, Laguna Beach, Thousand step beach, ocean view beautiful walking trail in Montage resort and lots more, walking trail through scenic Golf course to Beach About 10 mins, Bike Riding, Surfing, whale watching, free Trolly ride Dana point to Laguna beach, Great location! Close to Dana Point Harbor, all that activities Dana Point has to offer, Great restaurants, shopping, dining, Paddle boarding and boating activities galore, Southern California attractions. Quiet and peaceful area.

This is 2 bedroom 2 full bath unit, stainless steel appliances including dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, air fryer, coffee maker, blender, toaster, full cookware, dishes, etc. and refrigerator.
Queen Bed in master Bedroom, 2nd bedroom has one bunk bed and one twin bed, 2 TV’s in Living room and master bedroom, Cable, WIFI, Laundry inside the condo.
Unit comes with 1 car covered assigned free parking and plenty of uncovered free parking. Maximum 2 car allowed.
Granite counter tops and Shaker style cabinets.This unit have Central A/C , Heater, Decorated with a relaxed Beach atmosphere. Beach towels, beach chairs included. Full linens.
Our rental agreement included no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise in occupancy or parties. Due to local laws-or HOA policies guest must be 25 years old age to book the property, under 25 years of age must be accompanied by one parent or legal guardian.

The property is amazing. iT is in a nice location and safe gated community. Honestly it’s a great place to stay except the bathtub was dirty and the bed making so much noises especially the bunk beds. I reached out to the owner to let him know that the bath tub is filthy. I let him decide if he want to send someone to clean. he decided not to. that’s okay. I managed. I have to wear sandal to take a shower. the furniture is nice but poor quality. the couch was dirty so much crumbs everywhere we have to wash everything before we go so there’s NO POINT for a cleaning FEE 180. I never have someone make us do that. the closet is nice but it’s so much DUST. I literally have to spray myself with antihistamine to relieve the dust. it was pretty heavy whoever clean that place they did POOR job. also the sheet was inside out. that’s the sign of poor cleaning. aside from that everything was good. parking is good right up front. calm neighborhood. we had to checked out one day early bc I can’t stand the bathtub. sound excessive but also the dust was heavy that i feel like that inhale them deep.

This condo was great for our family. It had everything we needed and was very comfortable. We can’t wait to stay here again!
