Nicely appointment, 3 BR, 2.5 BA - Air Conditioning.
This comfortable, nicely appointed, family friendly two story, 1812 square foot home features a reverse living floor plan. This house has 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, and is located in the tranquil north end of Sunriver on a cul-de-sac with 10 private homes. This home was once featured in Sunriver's 'Showcase of Homes'. There are views of mature ponderosa pine trees from every window. The kitchen, dinning area, living room, half bath and master bedroom are located on the second floor. The kitchen, dining and living rooms' open floor plan and vaulted ceiling provides a great setting for the whole family to be together.
The master bedroom has a comfortable California King bed with memory foam top and its own en-suite bath with an oversize jetted Jacuzzi Roman style bathtub.
The dining and living room have excellent views on the wooded cul-de-sac in front of the house which is ideal for keeping a eye on your children riding bicycles around the circle or playing in the snow.
The kitchen has a built-in microwave and convection oven. If you enjoy cooking you will appreciate the ample, quality cookware.
There is a 240 square foot deck which can be accessed through French doors from the master bedroom or dining area. There are tables and chairs on the deck for summertime dining and a propane grill for BBQ.
New and comfortable upholstered furniture is in the great room for your relaxation. A 32' HDTV, DVD player, an assortment of DVD's and cable TV are in the great room for your entertainment. A wood burning stove with glass doors is an enjoyable treat after a day of playing in the snow.
Downstairs there are two bedrooms. The first has one twin bed and extra long twin over one queen, a 27' HDTV, DVD player, and a Play Station 2 gaming console with a variety of games. A second downstairs bedroom features a queen bed with memory foam top, and a private entry through French doors leading to the lower paver deck.
Unfortunately, due to allergies, pets are not allowed.
Smoking is not allowed in the house.

There is a non refundable-cleaning fee of $200.
A room tax of 9.8% is applied to all rents and cleaning fees (DCCA #965)

Cleanest place we have stayed at. Host asked us if we wanted to check in ealry. Very comfortable beds. Couch was comfy also. Kitchen had everything we needed. We will definetely be coming back as this is our new favorite place. We used to love Eagle Crest but this has the privacy we like.

We had everything we needed in the kitchen, even an apple slicer! We always appreciate that gadget. The rooms had comfy beds and the bathrooms were clean. The bikes worked well for us. The location was great and very quiet.We had a great time at the fall festival at the resort... would recommend if you're there at the right time. Thanks for opening up your home. *Only thing missing was pepper but that was a no biggie.
