This 3 bedroom, 1,441 sq ft home is located less than a mile from The Village and many of Sunriver's other great amenities, this conveniently located vacation home is ideal for your next family getaway. Play a board game next to a warm and inviting fire, read a book, or watch your favorite programs on the flat-screen TV. This home uses all streaming for the Smart TVs; just login to your favorite streamers and enjoy! When it is time for bed, the sofa pulls out into a Queen bed perfect for 2. Nice vaulted ceilings give you an open airy feeling that makes you feel right at home.
Level 1:
The ground floor has 2 Bedrooms connected by a Full Bath.
The first bedroom houses a Queen bed with a Smart TV. The Hot Tub can be accessed off this room.
The second bedroom houses a set of Bunk beds and a standard Twin bed. This room has a Smart TV and DVD player.
The two bedrooms are connected by a full bath with shower.

Upstairs on this reverse style home houses,
Primary Bedroom:
The upstairs primary bedroom holds a King-sized bed with a connected bath (It also connects tot he kitchen). It also has a portable A/C unit for Summer and access to the upper deck.
Living:
The Living Room comes with huge picturesque windows and a flat-screen smart TV. Kick your feet up and relax in front of the fire.
Dining:
The Dining room table is centered in between the Kitchen and Living Room giving you the option to interact with all of your loved ones on one level of the home.
Things to Know:
This home sits near the train tracks. It is a freight train with no schedule so it's never known when it will come through.

Nice place and enjoyed the stay. The only issue is the garbage was not picked up so not much room for our garbage. Overall, the place was very clean, and well supplied.

Great location, even with the train close by. The master bed was very comfortable. New pillows were requested and promptly replaced. Deck furniture was very old and not usable. Deck chairs were promptly replaced with very comfortable chairs and a table cloth was provided to cover peeling paint. The hot tub area was very dirty but the water was clean. The garbage area had one small can that we filled daily. Garbage only came twice a week and we stayed for 8 days. We found a baby gate for the stairs located in the master bedroom closet, which came in handy for the days our Granddaughter stayed. We enjoyed our stay after the little things were taken care of in the first couple days.
