Magnificent t2 apartment with lake view, port and mountain renovated on the first floor with elevator, balcony, individual closed garage. With American kitchen, lounge area, bedroom, fully lake view and walk-in shower with separate wc. 50m lake, cycle track, tennis, outdoor swimming pool, beach .... 2 steps walk along the lake, old town and shops. Close to ski resorts, Chamonix, Geneva.

Very clean, plenty of facilities within the accommodation. Garage for parking was very convenient. Local boulangerie. Shops very close by. Lake view stunning. Only negative points - road traffic very noisy, unable to sit on the balcony. Neighbours noisy when arriving/leaving the building.

Great apartment within a short walk to the centre of town. Arrived by train direct from Paris and host offered to pick us up from the station and gratefully accepted. Took advantage of the cycle hire and track for a trip around the lake. Also direct bus to Chamonix for day trip. Thank you to our hosts.

We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday at this apartment. The views were amazing and was lovely to wake up and see the sunshine over the lake. It is only a maximum 10 minute walk along the edge of the lake to the old town. The apartment is well equipped and spacious. The garage is a bonus although there is free parking opposite which became busy during the day. We had a Renault Clio and managed to park in the garage ok, anything bigger would have been a challenge. Overall, a great apartment in a fantastic location and we would stay there again.
